Some things you might want to try is running a mile or 2 in the morning, then take a break and eat a good, healthy lunch, then get back to it in the evening for another mile or 2. Below is an endurance training routine to help you build up your endurance. 



6-7 a.m.- Eat Breakfast

7-8 a.m.- Jog/Run 1-2 miles

9-10 a.m.- Get a snack and relax

11-1 a.m./p.m.- Eat lunch and get ready to run again

2-3 p.m./ Jog/Run 1-2 miles
